This machine was the winner of University of Toronto's annual AER201: Engineering Design course competition. 

Created in partnership with a school for children with disabilities in order to enable young students with mobility limitations to participate in painting activities with their classmates.

Algorithm Implementation on Hardware

This robot used the Simultaneous Mapping and Localization (SLAM) and Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) algorithms to navigate an unfamiliar maze and match images it encountered to target images.
